The staff was unhelpful and rude during our stay. We were charged an extra fee for an early check-in despite confirming our request beforehand. Also, there were not enough towels provided, and it took hours just to receive clean ones. Lastly, the room was not well maintained with garbage and dirty towels left unattended.
